Visiting the Exhibition is absolutely free.

We ask that you register to visit the event and indicate if you will be attending the Conference and/or the exhibition.

How to find the Exhibition at Southampton.

On site: Building 38, Garden Court, The Catering and Hospitality Building.

By car to ‘Avenue Campus Car Park’ for satellite navigation: SO17 1BF

Travel Directions by car to ‘Avenue Campus Car Park’


Parking will be available at Glen Eyre, Wessex Hall and Avenue Campus. Avenue is the preferred parking as this is closer to the event. There is no charge.

Car park spaces have been allocated to the Conference/Exhibition for the day at University of Southampton, Avenue Campus Car Park, they will be available on a first come first served basis.

via M3 -
Heading South take junction 14 and follow the signs for Southampton A33 (not Southampton Docks). Follow the A33 (Bassett Avenue) through two roundabouts until you arrive at Burgess Road intersection. Continue to follow the A33 (The Avenue) straight over the intersection then take the second turning on your left into Highfield Road (a one-way system). This bears left and Avenue Campus will be on your right hand side.

via M27 -
Exit at Junction 5 (Southampton Airport/Eastleigh). If coming from the east, take the first exit off the roundabout. If coming from the west, take the fourth exit. Follow the A335 dual carriageway through three sets of traffic lights. At the fourth set, the road divides. Follow the right hand lane onto Burgess Road (McDonald's will be on your left). Follow Burgess Road past the University until you arrive at the A33 (The Avenue) intersection. Turn left onto the A33 (The Avenue) heading south. Take the second turning on your left into Highfield Road (a one-way system) and Avenue Campus will be on your right.

Please allow approx 15-20 minutes to walk from the parking area at Avenue Campus to the registration area in Hartley Suite in building 38 on Highfield campus.

By Train
Both Central and Parkway Stations are served by a University Bus. Charges are approximately £2.00 per adult for a single journey / £3.00 for adult unlimited travel for one day.
The Venue

Registration opens at 8.45am in building 38. Please refer to the map below of Highfield campus. The most direct entry point is adjacent to building 4 (and opposite Building 6) into the ‘staff club.’ Follow the windows on your right through to the area just in front of the Hartley Suite. There will be signposts between the Avenue and Highfield to aid direction.
